Prices and payment
- All prices are in euros and include Spanish IVA at 21%.
- You can pay by bank transfer, or by card or cash when you collect from us. Bank-transfer orders are dispatched once payment has arrived.
- Your order is confirmed when we accept it. If an item is unavailable or a price is wrong, we’ll contact you before taking payment, and you can cancel.
Delivery
- We deliver to mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or other countries, please contact us for a quote.
- Standard delivery is €7.95, usually within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
- Free delivery on orders over €100, except orders containing large items.
- Large items (boats, outboard motors and paddle boards) are sent by carrier for €39.
- Rigid aluminium boats are collection only. Ask us about delivery, or about fitting an engine before you collect.
- You can always collect your order free of charge from our base in Campoamor. We’ll tell you when it’s ready.
- Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us about any damage within 48 hours, with photos if possible.
Returns: your 14-day right to cancel
- You can cancel an online order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just tell us by email or phone.
- Return the item within 14 days of cancelling, unused and in its original packaging. We’ll refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back.
- Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay the cost of returning it.
- This right does not cover items made or cut to your specification, or sealed products (such as oils and sealants) once opened.
Guarantee and faulty goods
- New products carry the 3-year legal guarantee that applies in Spain, plus any manufacturer’s warranty stated on the product page.
- The guarantee doesn’t cover wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, or saltwater corrosion caused by lack of flushing and maintenance.
- If something is faulty, contact us. We’ll repair, replace or refund it. Because we’re marine mechanics, we can usually inspect and fix it in our own workshop.
Fitting and compatibility
Spare parts are listed with the engines they fit. If you’re not sure, send us your engine model and serial number and we’ll check before you order. We can also fit anything we sell; see our services or book a service.
